  • Please be informed that considering the epidemic situation, the facility has the right to suspend or limit the services provided that would increase the risk of COVID-19 infection for Guests and staff. At the same time, we indicate that considering the necessity to adapt to current laws and the guidelines of the Chief Sanitary Inspector, the provision of services may be impossible for these reasons.

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

  • In the case of an agreement that the Guest has the right to withdraw from the agreement within a specified period without incurring costs (according to the offer chosen by him), the right to withdraw is also granted to the facility within the same period.
  • The Guest and the facility (also referred to as the parties hereinafter) are not responsible for damage, non-performance, or improper performance of the service, in the event that such non-performance or improper performance is a result of force majeure. Force majeure is understood to mean an event or combination of events or circumstances beyond the Parties' control that fundamentally hinder or prevent the performance of a given Party's obligations arising from the Agreement, and which the given Party could not have foreseen or prevented or overcome by acting with due diligence. In the case of force majeure, the Party affected by the action of force majeure is obliged to promptly inform the other Party of the occurrence of force majeure. If, due to force majeure, the performance of services is impossible, the Party affected by the force majeure may withdraw from the agreement with immediate effect.
  • The hotel may also withdraw from the agreement with immediate effect in the case of:
    1. the occurrence of other circumstances for which the hotel is not responsible, that prevent the performance of the Agreement or prevent its proper performance,
    2. the lack of ability to guarantee appropriate accommodation or facilities for organizing an event due to other events concerning the hotel.
To confirm this reservation whole stay amount needs to be paid upfront. In case of cancellation, modifications or not showing up on the arrival date no refunds will be made.
Animals
Pets are not accepted.
Children

Children up to 3 years of age stay for free if they sleep on their parents' bed. An optional travel cot costs PLN 10 / day |reservation required|. Children from 4 years of age are counted as fully paid.

Parking

Monitored car park free of charge for all guests of the facility - booking is not required, there is one parking space for one room.
